Cappadocia South Tour

• Begin with a visit to Red Valley via Çavuşin, where you will explore famous rock-cut churches and enjoy a 2 km hike through this stunning landscape.
• Visit Çavuşin Village, known for its abandoned old village with rock-cut dwellings and stone houses, once home to hermitages before being deserted due to avalanches. The current village is located along the main road.
• After the hike and village visit, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
• Continue to Pigeon Valley, named for the countless pigeon houses carved into the cliffs.
• In the afternoon, explore the Underground City (such as Özkonak or Kaymaklı), a fascinating subterranean network where early Christians sought refuge. Discover the tunnels, rooms, and chambers carved deep underground.
• End of the tour. Transfer back to your hotel.
