1. Purpose
This Pre-Contract Information Notice has been prepared to provide Customers with essential information before entering into a distance contract with Stanpolis Travel.
It explains the principal characteristics of our travel services, payment methods, cancellation conditions and other important information to enable Customers to make an informed purchasing decision before confirming a reservation.
This Notice should be read together with the Distance Sales Agreement.

Stanpolis Travel may provide or arrange travel services including, but not limited to:
Hotel reservations;
Airport transfers;
Private transportation;
Chauffeur services;
Daily tours;
Multi-day tours;
Shore excursions;
Licensed tourist guide services;
Corporate travel arrangements;
Concierge services;
Incoming tourism services;
Tailor-made travel planning.
The exact scope of the purchased services will be specified in the reservation confirmation.
4. Pricing
The total price of the selected travel service will be communicated before the reservation is confirmed.
Prices may be quoted in:
Turkish Lira (TRY);
Euro (EUR);
United States Dollar (USD);
British Pound Sterling (GBP).
Unless otherwise stated, the reservation confirmation will identify:
Included services;
Excluded services;
Applicable taxes;
Additional charges, where applicable.
5. Payment Methods
At the date of publication of this Notice, Stanpolis Travel does not process online payments directly through its website.
Payments may be accepted through:
Bank transfer;
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT);
Secure payment links;
Physical POS terminals;
Other mutually agreed payment methods.
Should online payment services become available in the future, the relevant payment procedures will be published on the Stanpolis Travel website.
6. Reservation Confirmation
A reservation becomes binding only after:
Availability has been confirmed;
The Customer has accepted the quoted price;
Any required payment arrangements have been completed;
Stanpolis Travel has issued a written reservation confirmation.
Reservation requests alone do not constitute a confirmed booking.
7. Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellation and amendment conditions vary depending on:
The travel service booked;
Supplier policies;
Promotional conditions;
Reservation type.
Customers will be informed of any supplier-specific cancellation conditions before confirming their reservation.

8. Right of Withdrawal
Certain travel services provided on a specific date or within a specified period may not be subject to a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection legislation.
These services typically include:
Accommodation;
Passenger transportation;

Customers are encouraged to review the applicable cancellation conditions before confirming their reservation.

Personal information provided during the reservation process may be processed for purposes including:

10. Customer Acknowledgement
Before confirming a reservation, the Customer acknowledges that they have been provided with:

Access to the applicable legal policies published by Stanpolis Travel.
The Customer confirms that they have had sufficient opportunity to review this information before entering into a contractual relationship.
