DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into electronically between the service provider identified below ("Seller") and the individual or legal entity making a reservation through the Seller's website or other electronic communication channels ("Customer").

Throughout this Agreement, the company identified above shall be referred to as "Stanpolis Travel" or the "Seller."
The individual or legal entity making a reservation shall be referred to as the "Customer."
2. Purpose and Scope
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer regarding tourism-related services offered electronically by Stanpolis Travel.
The services covered by this Agreement include, but are not limited to:
Hotel reservations
Apartment and villa reservations
Airport transfers
Private transportation services
VIP transportation services
Daily sightseeing tours
Cultural tours
Multi-day tours
Shore excursions
Professional tourist guide services
Corporate travel arrangements
MICE services
Concierge services
Tailor-made travel planning
Incoming tourism services
Any other travel-related services offered by Stanpolis Travel.
3. Nature of the Services
Stanpolis Travel may act either as the direct service provider or as an intermediary on behalf of hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, licensed tourist guides, or other travel suppliers.
The scope of each service shall be limited to the information confirmed in the reservation confirmation.
Descriptions, photographs, maps, itineraries, and promotional materials published on the website are provided for general information purposes only and may vary depending on the relevant service provider.
4. Reservation Process
Reservations may be requested through one or more of the following communication channels:
Official website
E-mail
Telephone
WhatsApp
Social media messaging platforms
Authorized sales representatives
A reservation shall be considered confirmed only after all of the following conditions have been fulfilled:
Receipt of the reservation request;
Confirmation of availability;
Communication of the applicable price;
Acceptance by the Customer;
Payment or confirmation of the applicable payment terms, where required; and
Issuance of a written reservation confirmation by Stanpolis Travel.
No reservation shall be deemed confirmed unless an official booking confirmation has been issued.
5. Prices
Prices may be quoted in:
Turkish Lira (TRY)
Euro (EUR)
United States Dollar (USD)
British Pound Sterling (GBP)
The applicable currency, included services, exclusions, taxes, and any additional charges shall be specified during the reservation process.
Currency exchange fluctuations, supplier price revisions, or tax adjustments may affect prices prior to confirmation of the reservation.
Once a reservation has been confirmed, prices shall not be modified except where required by law or mutually agreed by the parties.
6. Payment
At the time of publication of this Agreement, Stanpolis Travel does not process online payments directly through its website.
Payments may be made using one of the following methods, where applicable:
Bank transfer
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Secure payment link
Physical POS terminal
Any other mutually agreed payment method
Stanpolis Travel reserves the right to introduce licensed online payment services in the future. Any such implementation will be reflected in updated versions of this Agreement and related policies.
7. Cancellation, Amendments and Refunds
7.1 General Principles
Tourism services offered by Stanpolis Travel may be provided directly or through independent suppliers, including hotels, transfer companies, tour operators, transportation providers and licensed tourist guides.
Accordingly, each reservation is subject to the cancellation, amendment and refund policies of the relevant service provider.
Any special conditions communicated to the Customer during the booking process shall prevail over the general provisions of this Agreement.
7.2 Amendments Requested by the Customer
The Customer may request changes to an existing reservation, including but not limited to:
Travel dates
Number of passengers
Hotel selection
Room category
Airport transfer details
Tour dates
Language of the guide
Pickup or drop-off locations
All amendment requests are subject to:
Availability;
Approval by the relevant supplier;
Payment of any applicable price differences or amendment fees.
Stanpolis Travel does not guarantee that every amendment request can be accommodated.
7.3 Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing whenever possible.
Accepted communication channels include:
E-mail
WhatsApp
Official reservation communication channels
Stanpolis Travel reserves the right to request written confirmation for verbal cancellation requests.
7.4 Refund Procedure
Where a refund is applicable, the refund process will depend on:
The supplier's approval;
The payment method used;
Banking procedures;
The policies of the relevant payment institution.
Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.
Stanpolis Travel shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
7.5 No-Show Policy
A reservation may be treated as a No-Show where the Customer:
Fails to check in at the hotel;
Does not arrive at the agreed transfer meeting point;
Misses the scheduled tour departure;
Provides incorrect flight information;
Cannot be contacted using the contact information provided during the reservation process.
In such cases, cancellation charges and refund eligibility shall be determined according to the rules of the relevant service provider.
7.6 Supplier-Initiated Cancellations
If a reservation is cancelled by a hotel, transfer company, tour operator or any other supplier, Stanpolis Travel may, where reasonably possible:
Offer an equivalent alternative service;
Suggest alternative travel dates;
Arrange a partial refund;
Arrange a full refund, where applicable.
Stanpolis Travel will make reasonable efforts to assist the Customer but cannot guarantee the operational decisions of independent suppliers.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters;
Earthquakes;
Floods;
Wildfires;
War;
Civil unrest;
Terrorist incidents;
Epidemics or pandemics;
Government restrictions;
Airport or port closures;
Airspace restrictions;
Nationwide transportation disruptions;
Strikes;
Major power or internet outages.
In such circumstances, Stanpolis Travel will use reasonable efforts to provide alternative solutions whenever practicable.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Under the applicable consumer protection legislation governing distance contracts, certain travel-related services provided on a specific date or within a specific period are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.
These services include, among others:
Accommodation;
Passenger transportation;
Vehicle rental;
Leisure and recreational activities;
Guided tours;
Package travel services.
Accordingly, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to reservations made through Stanpolis Travel.
10. Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties
Responsibilities of Stanpolis Travel
Stanpolis Travel agrees to:
Process reservations with reasonable care;
Provide accurate booking confirmations;
Assist customers throughout the reservation process;
Protect personal information in accordance with applicable legislation;
Communicate significant reservation updates whenever reasonably possible.
Responsibilities of the Customer
The Customer agrees that all information provided during the booking process is complete, accurate and up to date.
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of:
Full names;
Passport information;
Flight details;
Contact information;
Nationality;
Travel dates.
The Customer is also responsible for obtaining any passport, visa, travel authorization, health documentation or insurance required for the destination country.
Stanpolis Travel shall not be liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
11. Personal Data Protection
Stanpolis Travel processes personal data only to the extent necessary for providing travel services, managing reservations, fulfilling legal obligations, ensuring operational continuity and delivering customer support.
Personal information may be shared only where necessary with:
Hotels;
Transportation providers;
Airport transfer companies;
Licensed tourist guides;
Tour operators;
Technology service providers;
Authorized payment institutions (where applicable);
Public authorities where required by law.
Stanpolis Travel processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and its published Privacy Policy and Privacy Notice.

12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content published on the Stanpolis Travel website, including but not limited to:
Company name;
Logo;
Brand identity;
Website design;
Software;
Text;
Photographs;
Videos;
Tour descriptions;
Travel itineraries;
Maps;
Graphics;
Blog articles;
Marketing materials;
is owned by Stanpolis Travel or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, translated, reverse engineered or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Stanpolis Travel.
13. Limitation of Liability
Stanpolis Travel shall not be liable for delays, interruptions or losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Airline schedule changes;
Flight cancellations;
Hotel overbooking;
Traffic congestion;
Weather conditions;
Operational decisions made by independent suppliers;
Government restrictions;
Force majeure events.
Where Stanpolis Travel acts solely as an intermediary between the Customer and an independent supplier, liability shall be limited to the obligations expressly undertaken by Stanpolis Travel.
Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion is prohibited under applicable law.
14. Electronic Communications
The Customer agrees that communications exchanged through:
E-mail;
WhatsApp;
SMS;
Reservation confirmations;
Electronic invoices;
Website forms;
Customer support systems;
may be used as evidence of communication between the parties where permitted by applicable law.
Electronic records maintained by Stanpolis Travel may be relied upon in resolving disputes unless otherwise prohibited by law.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Consumer disputes shall be resolved before the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees, Consumer Courts or other courts having jurisdiction under applicable Turkish legislation.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
16. Amendments
Stanpolis Travel reserves the right to amend this Agreement whenever necessary in order to:
Comply with changes in legislation;
Reflect operational developments;
Introduce new services;
Improve customer experience;
Enhance legal compliance.
The updated version shall become effective upon publication on the official website.
Reservations already confirmed shall remain subject to the version of this Agreement in force on the date of confirmation unless otherwise required by law.
17. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Any invalid provision shall be interpreted or replaced, where legally possible, in a manner that most closely reflects its original commercial and legal purpose.
18. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the following documents published on the Stanpolis Travel website:

Privacy Policy;
Privacy Notice;
Cookie Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy;
Terms of Use;
constitutes the entire agreement governing the online reservation relationship between the Customer and Stanpolis Travel.
19. Acceptance
By submitting a reservation request, confirming a booking or purchasing any travel-related service offered by Stanpolis Travel, the Customer confirms that they:
Have read this Distance Sales Agreement in full;
Understand its contents;
Accept all terms and conditions without reservation;
Agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
This Agreement is concluded electronically and does not require a handwritten signature.
